New Assisted Living Community Opening Soon
Associated Healthcare Systems of Jessamine County and Senior Living Management Services announced the future opening of an assisted living community for seniors in Nicholasville, KY by Fall of 2009.

Nicholasville, Kentucky (ePressReleases.org) june 18, 2009 - LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY- Two Kentucky organizations, Associated Healthcare Systems of Jessamine County and Senior Living Management Services, announced on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, the future opening of an assisted living community for seniors in Nicholasville Kentucky by Fall of 2009. The property plans to be a state-certified, assisted living community featuring fifty-two (52) apartment-style units. Along with choosing private-apartment accommodations, seniors will be able to select from a variety of services. In Kentucky, a state-certified, assisted living community may provide support to senior adults with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, meals, housekeeping and personal laundry.
This new residence will be the first phase of a growing 158-acre development that will feature independent living patio homes for senior adults, medical offices for physicians and an ambulatory care and diagnostic center. The development is already home to a state-of-the-art sports complex. The sport complex attracts hundreds of youth baseball teams and their fans each year. "I envision a place where people can maintain an active lifestyle into their retirement years while enjoying the amenities and services offered throughout this development", says Dallas Murphy, President/CEO of Associated Healthcare Systems of Jessamine County.
The assisted living community will be named Trinity Retirement Community. It will be managed by Senior Living Management Services, Inc. The management company possesses a strong background in caring for seniors. It is affiliated with Sayre Christian Village, a non-profit senior housing and care campus located in Lexington, Kentucky offering independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care for over 25 years. Bill English, Executive Director of Sayre Christian Village, will oversee the management company and its key personnel for the Nicholasville property. "We are excited to oversee such a beautifully-designed residence and to expand our ministry in serving a growing senior adult population utilizing our caring staff", says Mr. English.
