Bristol Language Centre Going Up
The Bristol Language Centre has announced a fun addition to its social calendar: a trip to the International Balloon Fiesta.

These are all reasons why the International Balloon Fiesta is one of the most popular events in the school's calendar.
This year's trip to the 34th Bristol International Balloon Fiesta takes place the day after the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games - for which Bristol Language Centre students will also be having a party. The Bristol event promises to be every bit as spectacular, with hundreds of balloons from all around the world taking part, and half a million UK visitors expected.
The balloon festival is held in the beautiful setting of a country estate on the edge of Bristol. Called Ashton Court, the parkland surrounds an old manor house and includes a deer park and woodland walks among its attractions.
The popularity of the event means it contributes an estimated £10 million per year to the economy. This is an important fact for Bristol Language Centre, which believes in supporting the local community and the local economy. It's also a great chance for students to get out and experiencing something unique to the Bristol area.
